Return Policy

At PH Fitness, we strive for 100% satisfaction. However, we understand that you may sometimes change your mind. Do you want to return or exchange a product? Then you can request a return within 14 days of receipt, so that we can handle this properly for you.

Return conditions

  • Always keep the original packaging.

  • Products must be returned unused, undamaged and complete.

  • Our products are considered heavy goods. The original packaging is essential to prevent transport damage.

  • Returns without original packaging will be charged €20 per box.

Return costs

Because these are heavy goods, the shipping costs are relatively high. We can arrange transport for you at the following rates:

  • Products over 30 kg: €50

  • Products up to 30 kg: €25

We ship large volumes daily and offer competitive business rates. You may also choose to arrange a carrier yourself. In that case, we strongly advise a shipping method with track & trace, as we can only issue a refund after the return has been received by us.

Returns we do not accept

We cannot accept a return if:

  • the product is no longer in its original condition (damaged, incomplete or altered), unless caused by PH Fitness;

  • the product shows signs of use, wear, damage or tampering;

  • the packaging is damaged, missing or no longer suitable for safe transport.

Refunds

Upon receipt, we will check the product and packaging. If everything complies with our return conditions, the refund will be approved.

  • Refunds will only be made via the original payment method.

  • Processing of the refund may take 3 to 10 business days after confirmation by email.

  • Shipping costs of the original delivery will not be refunded, to the extent permitted by law.

  • Return shipping costs will, if applicable, be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
