Are you fitting out a gym, personal training studio, Pilates studio, physiotherapy practice or corporate fitness room? PH Fitness supplies strength stations, power racks, weights, cardio equipment and Pilates reformers to business customers in the countries we deliver to. Order directly online or request a tailored quote.

Tailored quote
Tell us which products and quantities you need, how big your space is and when you'd like to receive the equipment. We'll help you with the layout and the right combination of equipment. You'll receive a quote with prices and delivery times.
Please include in your request:
- your company name and delivery address;
- your VAT number;
- the products and quantities;
- your preferred delivery date.

VAT: order without VAT within the EU
Prices in the webshop include Dutch VAT. For business customers in the Netherlands, VAT is shown on the invoice as usual.
Is your company based in another EU country and do you have a valid VAT number? Then we invoice without VAT: the VAT is reverse-charged to you as the buyer (intra-Community supply). You then declare the VAT yourself in your own country. We check your VAT number in advance in the European VIES system.
Want to order without VAT? Request a quote with your VAT number. You'll receive a quote and invoice at 0% VAT stating ‘reverse charge – intra-Community supply’.
Delivery
Shipping costs are included in the price. We deliver on working days (Monday to Friday) to the first door. In-stock products reach you within 1–3 working days in the Netherlands and Belgium, and large products such as power racks, strength stations and reformers within 2–3 working days. Delivery to other countries takes 2–7 working days.
For large orders, the carrier emails tracking information and normally calls you on the delivery day. Make sure the space is easily accessible and that someone is present to receive the delivery.
Assembly is not included. On request, we can obtain a quote from an external assembly partner.
Warranty for commercial use
Equipment used commercially, for example in a gym, studio or practice, comes with a 6-month warranty. Report a defect via support@phfitness.nl with your order number and photos or a video, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Returns
Business purchases can also be registered for return within 30 days of receipt, in line with our returns policy.
