30-day returns
As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. You can read how this works on the Right of withdrawal page.
On top of that, we give you 30 days from receipt to return your order. This extended period also applies to business purchases. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to register a return
Please let us know in advance at support@phfitness.nl, with your order number and the products you are sending back. That way we can process your return quickly and, if you wish, arrange collection. You may also use the model withdrawal form. Registering is not a condition for your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the product
You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Return it complete, in the original packaging where possible and well packed for transport.
If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, or if parts are missing, we may deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
Return costs
The cost of sending the product back is yours. You can choose your own carrier; preferably use a tracked service and keep the proof of shipment. Or we can have it collected for you: €25 per shipment up to and including 30 kg, €50 per shipment over 30 kg. We deduct these costs from your refund.

This is also our showroom (by appointment). Noorderpoort 33 in Venlo is only our registered address and not a return address.
Refund
We refund you within 14 days of you informing us that you are withdrawing, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you have sent it. You will usually receive your money within 5 working days after the return reaches us.
If you return the entire order, you also get the standard delivery costs back. Since delivery is free, this means the full purchase price.
