Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This period applies to consumers and is also offered by PH Fitness for business purchases.

Product condition

Return the product unused, undamaged, complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. An assembled product can be returned if it is returned in the same condition as it was received.

Signs of use, damage, tampering, missing parts or use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a deduction for diminished value. For consumers, we apply this only to the extent permitted by law.

The packaging must be suitable for safe transport. If the original packaging is missing and PH Fitness needs to supply or arrange replacement packaging, €20 per required box may be deducted, to the extent permitted by law.

Return costs

PH Fitness can arrange the return shipment for you:

products weighing up to and including 30 kg: €25;
products weighing over 30 kg: €50.

These costs are deducted from the refund. You may also arrange your own carrier. Preferably use a shipping method with tracking and keep the proof of shipment. The return shipment remains at the sender's risk until PH Fitness has received it.

This is the address for returns, visits and collection by appointment. Noorderpoort 33 in Venlo is solely the registered address of Physical Sports Group B.V. and is not an address for returns, visits or collection.

Refunds

After receipt, we inspect the product and packaging. We process the refund within 5 business days of receipt and inspection, using the original payment method.

In the event of a full consumer withdrawal, we also refund the cost of standard delivery where required by law. Costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer do not have to be refunded. Return costs and any demonstrable diminished value may be deducted to the extent permitted by law.
