Free shipping in Europe
The product prices shown on phfitness.nl include free shipping to countries in Europe. For Portugal, we deliver to the mainland only; the Azores and Madeira are excluded.
Delivery times
- In-stock products to the Netherlands and Belgium: 1–3 business days.
- Large equipment (power racks, Pilates, rowers, ski trainers and dumbbell sets) to the Netherlands and Belgium: 2–3 business days.
- In-stock products to other European countries: 2–7 business days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched on the same business day when the products are in stock.
Delivery times are estimates. The current stock or pre-order status on the product page takes precedence.
Delivery of large and heavy products
Delivery is to the first door, subject to the carrier's conditions and access requirements. For large orders, the carrier sends tracking information by email and usually calls on the delivery day. This may vary by carrier, so please keep an eye on the tracking information.
Assembly
Assembly is not included and is not carried out by PH Fitness. On request, PH Fitness can obtain a quote from an external assembly provider. Request a quote via support@phfitness.nl. Large products are supplied with an instruction manual and, where available, a video guide.
